One of Paige's favorites, when she comes to Grandma's house,

is the Monkey Bread shown in the recipe below.  It's easy to

make and easier to eat.


“Monkey Bread”

especially for Paige Pickett


18-20 Frozen Rolls (preferably Rhodes Rolls)

1/2 package Butterscotch pudding (not instant)

1/2 cup melted butter or oleo

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Cinnamon to taste (2 teaspoons)


Place rolls in Bundt pan sprayed with PAM.  Mix dry ingredients together, then add melted butter.  Pour or spoon over rolls – cover with foil, then a tea towel.  Allow to rise overnight.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Cool 5 minutes, then remove from pan.
